► All items are made to order. The timeline may be subject to change during the PEAK season. You’ll receive the shipping number to track the order as soon as the item has been processed.
► Shipping Rates: A flat rate of $6.99 for the first item, plus $0.99 for each additional item. Please contact me if you have a large bulk order for rates.
► USA: Your Order will take about 1-2 business days to process and an additional 2-5 business days to be delivered. * Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 – 12 business days.
► INTERNATIONAL: Your Order will take approximately 1-2 business days to process and another 10-30 business days to be delivered.
Returns Policy
► All items are ‘made to order’, and are not returnable or refundable. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong item, entered the wrong personalization, or changed their mind.
Damaged Products
► In case of a damaged product during shipping or a manufacturing printing error, I offer a free reprint or exchange if you contact me within 30 days of product delivery. Please contact us via this website and I’ll be happy to assist!
